Quick Reference
1. Goal Plan
Purpose:
Set clear revenue, sales, and operations goals for the next 90 days.
What to do here:
- Enter your monthly revenue goals
- Define how many jobs or customers you need per month
- Calculate how many sales calls or quotes you need to hit your target
- Use this tab to reverse-engineer what actions to take daily/weekly
2. Daily Activity Tracking
Purpose:
Track your daily outreach, jobs quoted, jobs booked, and more.
What to do here:
- Log your # of calls, walk-ins, referrals asked, content posted, etc.
- Track your quotes sent and jobs won each day
- Build discipline and see where momentum is building
3. Monthly KPI Tracking
Purpose:
Get a birds-eye view of your performance month by month.
What to do here:
- Input total numbers from your Daily Activity tab at the end of each month
- Track KPIs like:
- Leads generated
- Quotes sent
- Jobs won
- Close rate
- Total revenue
- Average job size
- Profit margin
- Spot trends and adjust your strategy
4. Sales Tracking
Purpose:
Log and manage every closed sale so you can begin to forecast revenue
What to do here:
- Add each closed won sale to the sheet
- Track:
- Name, contact info
- Service requested
- Date of service
- Job amount
- Status (Quoted / Won / Lost)
- Use filters to keep a live view of your pipeline
Pro Tip:
Review the Goal Plan every Monday, update your Daily Activity each evening, and check in with the KPI + Sales Tracking every Friday.
