☎️ Sales Call Outline: The 6-Part Arc
1. Warm Welcome (Break the Ice)
Goal: Make the customer feel heard, relaxed, and understood.
- Greet them by name, thank them for reaching out.
- Mention how they found you (if known) to build context.
- Set the tone: friendly, helpful—not pushy.
Example:
“Hey John, thanks for reaching out about your car! I saw you found us through Facebook—how can I help you today?”
2. Ask Smart Questions (Qualify & Understand)
Goal: Learn what they need, uncover pain points, and figure out if they’re a good fit.
Ask things like:
- “What’s going on with the [vehicle/lawn/fence/etc.]?”
- “Have you had this service done before?”
- “What are you looking to get done—and by when?”
Tip: Take notes. Use this info later when positioning your offer.
3. Confirm & Reflect (Show You Get It)
Goal: Make them feel seen—summarize their needs back to them.
